Terms of Use

The rules for using Spaces by Openbnet. Last updated 29 October 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Openbnet for your use of the Spaces app and services. By using Spaces you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you download Spaces from the App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. Who can use Spaces

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms. You must give accurate information, including your date of birth, and keep your sign-in secure.

2. No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

Spaces has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You must not post, send or share anything that:

You can report content and users from within the app, and block anyone. We review reports and act on objectionable content, which may include removing the content and suspending or permanently removing the account that posted it.

3. Your content

You own what you post. You give Openbnet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and display it only as needed to run Spaces and show it to the audiences you choose. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have already received.

4. Our content and third-party content

Spaces, its design and features belong to Openbnet. News items and football results shown in the app come from third-party sources, are provided for information only and remain the property of their owners.

5. Ending your use

You can stop using Spaces and delete your account at any time in You → Delete account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

6. Disclaimers

Spaces is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and secure but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Openbnet is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Spaces.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top; continuing to use Spaces means you accept them. Contact Openbnet at [email protected].
